Massage Therapist

I am a holistic health therapist specializing in massage therapies, including sports massage, myofascial release, therapeutic and Swedish massage. My practice incorporates stretches for muscle flexibility as well as exercises for muscular strengthening. I have more than 30 years experience in physical conditioning, martial arts, track and field. If nothing else my experience has taught me what not to do, but more importantly it has taught me what works! My goal is the achievement of primal wellness.

My holistic therapy practice serves the Skylands of Northwest New Jersey, specifically the towns of Alpha, Lopatcong, Phillipsburg, Pohatcong, and Stewartsville, in Greenwich Township.

As a holistic health therapist I use massage therapy and fitness counseling to help people achieve and maintain optimal levels of health and fitness. I promote health and fitness using the holistic principle of balancing the three elements of human being, the spirit, the mind, and the body.I believe strongly in the maintenance and improvement of health through the linking of the Spirit , with the Mind, with Body. They must each embrace and be in balance with the others to achieve optimal health. In order for us to be truly healthy we must give proper attention to each aspect of our self according to its needs.

My life task is helping others to achieve the proper balance among the Spirit, Mind & Body, by acting as a teacher, coach and facilitator. Only you can heal yourself! Medicines and surgeries,  are radical assistants that are needed when the SMB are allowed to deteriorate to a disease allowing levels, or when we have incurred serious injury, but they should only assist in the healing.

My practice is geared to Sports Massage and pain relief using these massage modalities; Swedish, Myofascial Release and Shiatsu. I  also provide aromatherapy treatments, and holistic counseling for nutrition and fitness.
